Dice generator for D&D
Rated 3.5 / 5 stars March 1, 2008
I could use this
this is kinda nifty, I deff. like it.
the only problem is I kept getting low D20 rolls >.> ...
more backgrounds would be nice, and maybe some setting music for various roleplaying games would be cool. if you make another, a critical modifier would be cool.
also, for flavor purposes, showing the individual die results would be better than just having a number spat at us. of course, that would require drawing the die and limiting the types that can be thrown.
all in all, it's nifty--but not any more convenient than rolling regular dice, so I can't see myself using this for a campaign.
keep experimeting with stuff though, you'll make some more nifty stuff, I'm sure

More backgrounds: This could be easily made, but as it is a tool more than a game, I don't think people will care much about the background. If I get more people asking for more variety in backgrounds, I'll add some.
Critical modifier: It has been 3 years since I played D&D so I don't remember how exactly it affects the number.
Individual die result: If you mean more imaged dice, I could add this on a second page, but the problem is that with the d6 being a cube, I only have to draw one face, the top one, because it's a cube. Imagine if I drew a d20 and only changed the top face, the faces beside it would stay the same. Also if this was more in demand I'd add an imaged d20, drawing from my friend's real d20.
Thank you for positive, constructive and detailed review
Quick Click!

a welcome surprise
when I first tried it, I didn't expect much.
then the turtle killed me and I resolved to beat it.
overall, I found it to be a nice surprise. the clicking targets were varied, which I liked. however, whenever a new type of clicking came up, it always took me a second to go "wtf? this is new!" which caused me to die.
perhaps a prompt at the begining that shows the sorts of clicking you'll be doing.
I didn't read that this was the demo, so I was rather disapointed when it ended.
release the full version soon!

once again, a high-quality short.
why haven't I added you to my fave artists?
well, consider that remedied. I like the whole Shamoozal series, and this new addition doesn't disappoint. you do a good job of capturing the experience of working at a game shop, whether or not you've actually worked at one, you give the impression that you do.
it's allways god to keep up credibility in your work.

meh
I found splash attack funny because of how rediculous the premise was.
for this? I dunno. dick jokes can be funny, I just don't think that these were. spreading out the naughty words, rather than just using 'dick' would've made it funnier, maybe even synonyms for 'dick' used in weird attack names.
I will admit, the cock-missile gave me a chuckle
Magikarp doesn't use splash, paddle, wave and tidal attack does it? It's just splash. This is just dick.

0.0 ....
I could not laugh, not at all. I could not derive humor from this.
I certainly hope this isn't a recreation, to say the least.
there's something about havign sex with a dead grandmother that sickens me.
